cPanel Hosting
That Keeps Your Site Online.

Your site deserves better than an intro rate that doubles at renewal and support that vanishes when something breaks. Choose fully-managed cPanel or your own cloud server — same redundant infrastructure, same real support.

Built for the Site Your Business Runs On

Both paths ride the same foundation as our biggest customers: DET-iX-peered, power-protected, and watched over around the clock.

Your Server Was Tested First

Every server is burn-in tested on hardware we own before it goes into production, and it connects through high-availability pairs at every network layer, down to its own network cards — so one failed switch or port isn't your outage.

Your Site Stays Protected

Your account is isolated from everyone else on the server, so a neighbor's bad day is contained to their account — and on a cloud server, you get full security isolation of your own.

You Reach a Real Person

Open a ticket and it goes straight to a system administrator who can read your logs and fix the real problem — no hold music, no script readers, no repeating yourself.

You Pay a Fair Price

No teaser rate that quietly doubles at renewal. You're priced like a real business from day one, on infrastructure we own end to end.

Pick Your Path

Want it simple? Choose managed cPanel shared hosting and just publish your site. Want full control? Run your own cloud server with the control panel of your choice — cPanel, Enhance, Webuzo, or DirectAdmin — or none at all, and we'll talk through which fits. The same redundant infrastructure and the same real support sit underneath both. Hosting sites for clients under your own name? That's what reseller hosting is for.

Cloud Server

The full-control, high-performance path.

Your Server · Full Control
  • Your own cloud server, full root
  • Dedicated resources & security isolation
  • Run OpenLiteSpeed yourself — free & fast
  • Or add the Enhance panel — $0.15/mo per site
  • Scale up without re-platforming

New to running a server? Our step-by-step guide to hosting WordPress on OpenLiteSpeed walks you through it — or let the Enhance panel handle everything for $0.15/mo per website. Either way, a system administrator can set it all up with you and migrate your site in.

What You're Probably Wondering

Shared hosting or a cloud server — which is right for me?

If you just want your site online without managing anything, choose cPanel shared hosting — we run the server for you. If you want full control, dedicated resources, and security isolation, choose a cloud server with the control panel you prefer — cPanel, Enhance ($0.15/mo per site), Webuzo, or DirectAdmin — or none, running OpenLiteSpeed yourself. Not sure? Tell us about your site and we'll point you to the right one.

What happens when my site outgrows shared hosting?

You move up a rung here instead of moving to another host. A cloud server gives your site its own resources and full root, with the control panel of your choice or none at all, and a system administrator can set it up with you and migrate your site in. Prefer to do it yourself? Our WordPress on OpenLiteSpeed guide walks through every step. Either way, the people answering your tickets don't change. Paying for a cPanel license on a server of your own somewhere else? See what moving off cPanel involves.

What is the Enhance control panel, and why $0.15?

Enhance is a modern hosting control panel — one clean dashboard for sites, email, DNS, SSL, and backups — that runs on your own cloud server. Using our license it's just $0.15/month per website (and, like cPanel, that fee never applies to addon or parked domains). It gives you the ease of shared hosting on a server you fully control.

Will you move my site over for me?

Yes. Tell us where your site lives now and a system administrator handles the migration for you — files, databases, email, and DNS — with the goal of zero downtime during the cutover.

What makes your uptime guarantee different?

It's backed by infrastructure built to honor it: 2(N+1) power, five diesel and two natural-gas generators with a priority refueling agreement, and a 20 MW utility substation on the property, on a network we own end to end. It's a promise you can hold us to, not fine print written to be impossible to collect on.

Who actually answers when I need help?

A system administrator — the person who can read your logs and fix the problem — not a tier-1 script reader. Urgent tickets under SLA get an almost-immediate reply from a real person confirming we're on it.

You publish cPanel's security flaws. Who patches my shared server?

We do. On shared hosting the server is ours to run, so applying cPanel's security releases is our job, not yours: there is nothing for you to install and no WHM to log in to. Our 2026 list of cPanel security releases is written for people who run cPanel on a server of their own, where that job falls to them.

Does my price jump at renewal?

No. You're priced fairly from the start. The pattern we're not copying is easy to check before you sign anywhere: on the big shared-hosting brands the advertised monthly rate is the prepay-one-to-four-years rate, and their entry plans renew at roughly two to six times it. Two of the biggest both advertise an entry plan at $2.99 a month today; one renews at $10.99, the other at $17.99. So the rate that sold you isn't the rate you'll live with. We'd rather keep you for years than win you with a teaser rate that resets the moment you're locked in.

Who owns Ace-Host? Could I end up somewhere else?

Acenet has had the same family owners since 2003 — no outside investors, no debt, no parent company that could sell your account on or swap the people who support it for cheaper ones. It's worth checking on any host: a handful of owners now hold many of the familiar hosting brands (one lists more than 30 acquisitions in three years on its own website), so switching from one to another can leave you with the same company and the same renewal math. Here the network is ours, the hardware is ours, and the system administrator who answers your ticket works here.

Stop Worrying About Whether Your Site Is Up.

Start with managed cPanel hosting, or spin up a cloud server you control. Either way, you deal directly with the people who keep you online.

New customers get a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting plans, every hosting renewal after that gets its own 14-day refund window, and cancelling is one click in your client area — any time, no notice period, no one to ask. It's written into the user agreement, not just promised on a web page.
