Cloud Servers You Control.
Sysadmins Who Answer.

Root access, your OS, and exactly the compute you need — on redundant power and a network we own. Your choice of control panel, or none. Tickets reach a sysadmin, not a queue.

A Server That Behaves Like You Own It

Both tiers run on the same foundation as our dedicated fleet — redundant power, our own network, and the same team watching it around the clock.

Shared or Dedicated CPU — Your Call

Choose Shared CPU on fast SSD for excellent value, or Dedicated CPU on AMD EPYC with DDR5 and NVMe when every cycle has to be yours. Either way you get dedicated memory and storage — never oversold capacity you fight your neighbors for.

Root Access, Your Stack

It's your server. Your operating system, your packages, your configuration. We give you the keys and stay out of your way — until you want us in it.

Snapshots Before You Break Things

Take a snapshot before a risky change and roll back in minutes if it goes sideways. Your safety net is one click away.

Routing You Can Count On

Your traffic rides our own ASN with ARIN-allocated IPv4 and IPv6 space, peered at DET-iX. Fewer hops to the major networks, and no resold pipe between you and your users.

Why We Can Promise 100% Uptime

Uptime isn't a slogan here — it's wired into the hardware. Here's exactly how the power and the network are built so a single failure never reaches your server.

Power That Doesn't Quit

Every node draws from two power supply units, each fed by a separate N+1 UPS path. Both paths trace back to an on-site DTE commercial power substation — and an automatic transfer switch cuts over to on-site generators the instant utility power dips: five diesel and two natural-gas, with a priority refueling agreement. Redundant from the power supply all the way back to the street.

A Network With No Single Point of Failure

N+1 at every layer. Each node carries a pair of NICs wired to two separate access switches; the paths are bonded for double throughput when both are healthy, and either one alone keeps you online. Each switch has its own bonded link to an N+1 core layer with N+1 transit uplinks — end-to-end redundancy that holds through maintenance and hardware failure alike.

Two Ways to Run in the Cloud

Shared CPU delivers excellent value on fast SSD. Dedicated CPU gives you AMD EPYC cores, DDR5, and NVMe with zero contention — dedicated cores on a cloud server. If you want the whole machine rather than cores on one, that's a dedicated server, custom built on Intel or AMD. Pick your tier and a size in the store — or ask us to size it with you.

You can resize as you grow, and cancelling either tier is one click in your client area, any time. The control panel is a separate choice from the tier — cPanel, Enhance, Webuzo, DirectAdmin, or none, on either one; see the panel options below. Not sure on either count? Tell us your workload and a system administrator will help you land on both before you commit to anything.

Your Server, Your Control Panel — or None at All

Every cloud server can be provisioned with the panel that matches how you work. Four to choose from, or skip the panel entirely and run the stack yourself. If you're reselling hosting to clients, Enhance is the one to look at first — it's licensed per website rather than per server, so a single panel covers every cloud server you add.

cPanel

The industry standard. Familiar, deeply documented, works with everything.

Enhance

Modern and fast. One panel across all your servers, $0.15/mo per site. Leaving cPanel? Its importer reads your cPanel backups (what moves, what doesn't), and a system administrator will plan the move with you.

Webuzo

Lightweight and app-focused. Deploy specific stacks in a few clicks.

DirectAdmin

Simple, efficient, and light on server resources.

No Panel

Bare server, root shell, full control. Run OpenLiteSpeed, Docker, whatever you like.

Not Sure Which Panel Is Right for You?

The best choice depends on what you're running, how you manage servers today, and where you'd rather spend your time. Tell us — and a system administrator will talk it through with you before you commit to anything.

What You're Probably Wondering

Shared CPU or Dedicated CPU — which do I need?

Shared CPU plans deliver excellent value for most sites, apps, and staging, on fast SSD storage. Dedicated CPU plans give you AMD EPYC cores, DDR5, and NVMe with zero contention — the right call for busy databases, high-traffic sites, and latency-sensitive workloads. Not sure? Ask us and we'll size it with you.

Which control panel should I choose?

cPanel if you want the familiar standard. Enhance if you're running several sites or servers and want one modern panel across all of them at $0.15/mo per site. Webuzo or DirectAdmin if you want something lighter. No panel if you're comfortable at a root shell. If you're unsure, start a conversation — we'll recommend one for your use case, not the one that's easiest for us.

Do I get real root access?

Yes — full root, your OS, your stack, on either tier, with or without a control panel. It's your server. We're here when you want a hand and invisible when you don't.

Can I resize later?

Yes. Start with what you need today and scale CPU, memory, or storage as your workload grows. Tell us where you're headed and we'll plan the path with you.

What if I outgrow the largest cloud server?

Then you move onto your own hardware — without changing companies to do it. Our dedicated servers are custom built to your spec on Intel or AMD, from a single machine up to multiple servers running Proxmox with optional Ceph. Same network, same ASN, same system administrators; the only thing that changes is the hardware underneath you. Tell us where the workload is headed and we'll plan that step with you too.

What's underneath the server?

Our own network and ASN, end-to-end redundant power and networking, and DET-iX peering. Storage is fast SSD on Shared CPU plans and all-NVMe on Dedicated CPU plans — the same foundation behind our dedicated fleet.

Who owns Ace-Host? Could my server end up on someone else's platform?

Acenet has had the same family owners since 2003 — no outside investors, no debt, no parent company that could decide your cloud server now runs on somebody else's platform. That happens: one of the best-known shared-hosting brands announced in November 2025 that it is moving every customer onto another company's cloud, with nearly a million already moved. On a cloud server that question is really a question about addresses: the image is portable, the IP address isn't, and being renumbered means re-pointing DNS, getting back onto every firewall allowlist that has your address on it, and rebuilding the mail reputation that came with it. The space your server answers on is allocated to our own ASN, not rented from a platform above us. The network is ours, the hardware is ours, and the system administrator who answers your ticket works here.

I'm coming from another host — will you help me move in?

Yes. Tell us what you're running now and a system administrator can set the server up with you and migrate your site in, rather than handing you a root password and wishing you luck. That goes both for a site moving up off shared hosting and for a server leaving a host that changed hands — bring the details of what you had there and we'll plan the cutover around them. Leaving cPanel altogether? See what moving off cPanel involves.

Can I run WordPress on a cloud server?

Absolutely — and it's a great fit. Follow our OpenLiteSpeed + WordPress guide to do it yourself, or run the Enhance control panel for $0.15/mo per site to manage everything point-and-click.

Deploy on a Network You Can Trust.

Spin up a cloud server today, or talk through the right configuration — and the right control panel — with a system administrator first.

On a 12-month or longer term, we send you the renewal price at least 30 days before it's charged. Cancelling is one click in your client area, any time — no notice period, no ticket to open. Both are written into the user agreement.
